How fresh will my order be?
Your baklava is baked fresh on your chosen collection date. Nothing is prepared in advance. Every order is made specifically for you.
How long does baklava keep?
Standard baklava keeps for up to 14 days stored at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Dairy-based products such as Trilece and San Sebastian Cheesecake should be refrigerated and consumed within 3 days.
Is your baklava suitable for vegans and halal diets?
All of our baklava is vegan and halal. We use no animal products, no alcohol, and no lard. Our dairy-based products such as Trilece contain milk.
How is my order packaged?
All orders are packed carefully in our Baklavaci boxes. Gift orders are presented beautifully and ready to give. If you have added a gift message we will include a handwritten card.
